In 2004 we developed a new way to strenthen our cabinets. We have since changed our entire line of cabinetry to this new interlocking design. Every panel is glued, clamped and fastened to each and every adjacent panel. Our cabinet backs are full piece backs which means the cabinet backs are built from 1/2" or 3/4" plywood, depending on the size of the cabinets. Combining the full piece backs with the interlocking cabinet design has made an incredibly strong cabinet.
This new design has opened up new areas of cabinentry for us. We can now build much wider cabinets with much more strength than the standard cabinets. We can now build up to 15' wide cabinet banks without seams. Combined with our completely custom cabinet door options and our nearly endless line of architectural millworks, our cabinetry options are limited only by your ideas. However, we also have a design service to help you with your ideas.
Our cabinet frames are built with great detail as well. Each rail and stile is hand picked and matched to its appropriate cabinet and doors. Our frames are just as custom as our cabinets themselves. We can build your cabinet frames to accept a multi-piece crown stack or build them to accept your underlighting effects.
We don't stop at the outside of your cabinetry. We keep the inside functional and beautiful as well. We use a number of quality cabinet accessories as well as build custom accessories for your personal needs.
